A minute can be a long time in the gym! That being said, understand that if a few minutes of work is all you can get in for the day, then DO IT!

So many people think if they can’t work out for at least 30 minutes then they won’t do it for the day.

If you get in 5 minutes of good solid work then that’s 5 more minutes than getting in zero work!
