Commitment & Consistency.

This is everything in fitness and health. We are ALL going to mess up. We are all going to make mistakes. We are all gonna fall off the wagon at some point.

The biggest win you can have in reaching your long term goals is to NOT QUIT.

You may skip several workouts. You might gain back a few of the lbs you lost. If you do just know that’s it’s okay! It’s normal! It happens. It’s obviously not ideal, but it does happen.

The people that get where they want to be are the people that don’t quit when they struggle. Don’t quit! Hold the commitment!
