Having fun…

That’s what it all comes down to. You gotta have some fun. In life, work, relationships and definitely in a fitness routine.

Don’t get me wrong, it should be work. But, you need to enjoy it as well. If you hate it and dread it each time you do it…do you think you’ll keep doing that for the rest of your life? Probably not.

I enjoy working with clients. I’ve been doing it for 11 years now. I have a passion for it and have fun while I’m doing it. That’s what keeps me learning and growing in this industry everyday.

Find a way to make your routine work better for you! One you can enjoy and not dread doing everyday!
