Tried inverted rows?

It’s a simple change from a typical dumbbell bent over row. The only thing you do different is externally rotate your shoulders and have your palms face up while you’re performing the exercise.

This variation sometimes helps people be able to keep their shoulders / scapula down which can help better activate the lats.

Try it out and let me know what you think!
