The first one I want to discuss is eating “clean”. What exactly IS eating clean? Well, it all depends on who you ask.

You may have one person tell you that it means avoiding processed foods. Another may say its avoiding meat or animal products. Another person may say you have to eat all organic foods. The point is that there is no clear definition of eating clean.

The main thing we should focus on is doing our best to eat whole foods when we can, but understanding that eating some processed foods here and there won’t kill you!

So, go organic if you want to and if you can afford it, choose whole foods most often and don’t be afraid of processed foods sometimes!
