We know that there’s a coffee shop on every corner and we also definitely know that every time that you drink coffee, most people end up getting a good solid energy boost from it in the morning. They use it to kind of get their day started and get going, but what other benefits could you be getting by having that Morning Cup of Joe? By the end of this video, you’re going to know nine proven health benefits by having that daily coffee.

The first way that coffee can end up helping you is that it can actually help burn fat or boost your metabolism a little bit. Coffee contains caffeine and caffeine has the ability to act similar in a way to thyroid by boosting your metabolic rate. Reason number two is that caffeine is loaded with antioxidants. These antioxidants can actually help fight free radicals in the body in order to help keep you healthier. Quick question, how much coffee do you drink on average every day? Definitely curious to know. Let me know below in the comments. Reason number three is coffee can help keep cortisol, which is a stress hormone. It can help keep cortisol lower and potentially even beat antidiabetic. Reason number four, moderate coffee consumption between two and four cubs, and this is an interesting one, has actually been shown to increase lifespan as compared to non coffee drinkers.

So just by drinking two to four cups a day consistently could potentially actually increase your life span. Reason number five for each cup of coffee you drink, it has the potential to reduce liver cancer by 15% so we’re talking 15% just for one cup of coffee, 30% for two cups of coffee. I believe it capped off somewhere around 40% I’m not 100% on that one, but I do know that they did say per cup of coffee it was around 15% to decrease your chances of liver cancer. Reason number six, coffee is loaded with nutrients surprisingly because it doesn’t have really hardly any calories, but whenever you look at it, it actually is loaded with one specifically magnesium. It’s got quite a bit of magnesium and if you have watched any of my other videos, I’ve definitely talked about magnesium before and its benefits and how a lot of America is deficient in it.
It can help with quite a few different things. It can help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, better bowel movements, just to name a few. And of course if you want to know if you are getting enough magnesium from your food, I will link to another video on how you track your micronutrients are your vitamins and minerals from your food to have an idea of if you are getting enough magnesium and exactly how much you’re actually getting from your coffee that you drink every single day. The caffeine is contained within coffee, has been shown to be beneficial for people with IBD or irritable bowel diseases that it actually help manage some of their symptoms. Reason number eight coffee drinkers. This is an interesting one. Coffee drinkers actually have a lower incidents of suicide as compared to non-coffee drinkers and the final one.
Reason number nine is that coffee has actually been shown to help reduce the chance of Parkinson’s disease. As you can see, coffee definitely has some amazing benefits and if you aren’t already adding it into your daily routine, it’s definitely something you may want to consider.
