Only 10% of your brain is used in voluntary movement.

Yup, that’s it. 10%. The other 90% is focused on stabilization. That way you don’t fall over anytime you reach out for something.

So, why are we focusing so much on voluntary movement?

Spend some extra time this week working on solid stabilization work. Better yet, get your body to stabilize harder while working on voluntary work!
