You even lift bro?

This is me with 4x Mr Olympia Jay Cutler. It was a fun photo, but man does he make me look scrawny!

Strength training is so much more than for those who want to “bulk up”

Just to name a few reasons you might want to add in some strength training work:

1. Increase cognitive function.
2. Increase metabolism and help with body composition.
3. Strong bones and reduce chances of osteoporosis.
4. Prevent and / or reduce back pain, arthritis, depression, type 2 diabetes and many other chronic conditions.

And that’s just to name a FEW reasons.

So, if you’re not strength training, it’s never too late to start. Even just 5 minutes per day can really make a difference over time!
