Detoxes! They have been all the rage for quite some time now. You have multiple people telling you to take the detoxes and buy this product and they’re getting endorsed by celebrities.

Here’s the science behind detoxes…there really isn’t any. The biggest benefit people get from detoxes is that while they’re on the detox they stop eating so much crap.

Our bodies are designed to detox themselves. We just need to be giving them the right vitamins and minerals as well as the correct amount of energy to do so.

Focusing on eating more whole foods that are nutritious and loaded in micro nutrients are going to be the best ways for your body to detox itself.

So, save your money on that next detox product and instead focus on eating better foods in the long run. Plus, I guarantee you that the more nutrition packed foods are going to taste a lot better than whatever detox supplement you buy 🙂
