If you’re going to take the time to track your calories, you want to make sure you’re doing it as accurately as possible! You can really use any app you want when tracking calories, but in this video, I’m going to be using Cronometer which is my preferred app to use as well as the one that I recommend to my coaching clients.

If it contains calories you want to track it and thankfully apps like Cronometer have made doing this a very simple and quick process for us.
