Can you FEEL equally side to side?

Can you FEEL equally side to side?

You’d be surprised how many people can’t and don’t have any idea.

When I say feel I mean light touch, vibration, temperature, sharp and dull, etc. There are multiple variations of “feel”.

Each of these are SUPER important in brain activity and therefore play a huge part into movement, pain, and performance.

Here I am adding vibration to the lower left side which was helping to eliminate pain and increase range of motion.

His lack of ability to feel vibration on his left side caused his brain to feel threatened. And therefore gave him pain and only small movements.

Don’t overlook the things you think aren’t important In movement. They may not be important to you, but I promise they are important to your brain!
