Carbs Before Bed: Will It Cause Weight Gain?

You’ve heard it before…eating carbs before bed or just eating in general before bed will make you gain weight.

But, what is the actual truth here? What does science say about it?

I’m sure you’ve also been told that your metabolism slows down while you sleep. So, you’d better not eat before bed because those carbs (since they can’t be used for energy) will just turn straight into fat….and, in all honesty, I can see why people think this way. It kinda makes sense! But, this doesn’t make it true.

In this video, I’ll explain what science really says about eating carbs before bed.
