I’m sure you’ve also been told that your metabolism slows down while you sleep. So, you’d better not eat before bed because those carbs (since they can’t be used for energy) will just turn straight into fat….and, in all honesty, I can see why people think this way. It kinda makes sense! But, this doesn’t make it true.
