Do you have willpower?

Do you have willpower?

I hear about this quite often – “I just don’t have any willpower.”

Did you get up this morning? Go to work? Take your kids wherever they needed to go?

If you did any of this, then you have willpower. It takes that to get up and go to work everyday when a lot of us don’t want to go everyday.

Accomplishing things in life takes more than just willpower and motivation.

“People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing. That’s why we recommend it daily.”

The motivation to reach our goals change. We have to find what drives us each day. And what drives you is likely to change.

Josh knows his “why”. It’s how he’s come so far and why he will continue to get closer to his goals each day.
