Don’t forget to loosen up sometimes!

People can get so focused on diet and exercise. It completely overtakes their life. I’ve been there before. We become unsocial because we are afraid we will fall off the wagon.

While having focus and sticking to a goal is fantastic, don’t forget that health and fitness is a lifestyle. It has to be something you can maintain over the long term.

Don’t be so hard on yourself that you forget to live and enjoy life too!
