Don’t sweat the small stuff

Don’t sweat the small stuff

Unfortunately, criticism is just something that we cannot avoid in our life. Sometimes, it can be constructive, but that’s definitely not always the case.

This can be a solid reminder when you’re trying to change your lifestyle. People will tell you that what you’re eating, how you’re working out, etc. is wrong and that their way is right.

Becoming healthier is a learning process for ALL OF US. Myself included. Even in 13 years of doing this I am still constantly learning new things about health and fitness.

Don’t let anyone else bring you down or allow you to stray from your path. Do your research, never stop learning, and only listen to the people that genuinely want to help you!
