Ever get hangry?

Ever get hangry?

I know I do! Does it happen a lot? There can be a multitude of reasons for those things happening.

The first thing that I would pay attention to is do you find that you are getting hangry at the same time of day? If so, you might just need more food in general at that time. Or also pay close attention if there a certain stressors going on at that time that are increasing your desire for food.

Lack of nutrients and stress are usually the 2 biggest things that will cause you to feel that way. Pay attention to those things first and see if you can get past being hangry and the way it makes you treat other people ?
