FROZEN Vegetables Vs FRESH Produce (More Nutrients!?)

Fresh produce has a natural appeal to many people. Truthfully, it just sounds better than “canned” or “frozen” fruits and vegetables. But just because a food is “fresh” doesn’t necessarily mean it’s more nutritious, but that also doesn’t mean that it isn’t either…

I get asked a lot by my clients about frozen produce and it makes any difference which ones they choose. There are pros and cons to both.
