Get tired?

Get tired?

I know we all do! Things pile up in life! Work, relationships, family, social life, etc.

These things piling up can make you tired. Can make being active tough.

But, when these things happen, REST! Don’t quit. I see too many people that let life and being tired get in the way of their health.

There’s a difference in taking a break or scaling back and quitting all together. Maybe you had planned on working out 4x/week and now you need to pull back to 1 or 2x/week.

We don’t need an all or nothing attitude. When we get tired then rest a little. Don’t quit altogether!
