Got allergies?

Got allergies?

This talk was all about how allergy symptoms are just a response to histamine.

The body reacts to the TOTAL amount of histamine. So, if we can lower histamine issues from things we can control, then we can potentially eliminate allergy responses.

These are things like:
?Not enough Vitamin A
?Too much PUFA in the diet
?Lack of Diamine Oxidase (the enzyme that breaks down histamine)
?Lack of copper, B6, and Vitamin C (all needed to create and use diamine oxidase)
?High estrogen (in general or during menstrual cycle peaks)
?Medications – Certain meds can degrade DAO, Inhibit B6, or liberate more histamine.

Any or all of these things can lead to a histamine intolerance that can create allergy responses.

Try these out and let me know!
