Is Too Much B12 Bad | Can You Take Too Much b12?

There are many vague marketing claims that have made Vitamin B12 one of the most popular vitamins to take. But, the question is, can you take too much of it? And if so, are there side effects?

Vitamin B12 deficiency can definitely happen. Some people CAN have a need to utilize B12 as a supplement. But, that doesn’t mean that you should supplement with B12 without first verifying that you need it.

In this video, I’ll show you the reasons why you may not want to reach for that b12 supplement. Or why you may not want to run to the doctor for a b12 shot without knowing you TRULY need it first.
