Love / hate burpees?

Love / hate burpees?

I can promise you that I do! Haha But, when used properly, burpees can be a fantastic exercise!

Only issue is that a lot of people tend to end with burpees when they are the most tired and the most likely to let their form slip.

Burpees can be great, but we need to make sure that we aren’t rounding our spine to get down, that we aren’t letting our hips sag towards the floor when we jump back and that we are standing up using our entire foot and not just on our toes.

Get after those burpees, but make sure you don’t sacrifice form just to get your heart rate up! Do ‘em right!
