More on balance.

I love this tool. It’s called bone conduction headphones. They can be used as regular headphones as well as used purposefully to stimulate your vestibular system.

These headphones can specifically stimulate the saccule which is responsible for up/down movements of the body as well as linear movements.

These work great in conjunction with other vestibular or visual drills to further improve the function of the inner ear.

I use the function generator pro app to control and utilize mine. I typically try left or right side and 100hz using the fixed interval settings. Then if I don’t see any changes I’ll bump it up to 500hz and try again.

Feel free to PM me with any questions!
