Raise your hand ? if this is you!

Raise your hand ? if this is you!

Happens to me all the time! ?

I buy different foods with the best of intentions and then don’t use them.

The thing is that we have this “idea” of all of these foods that we are supposed to eat in our diet. Whether we like them or not.

Well, that typically doesn’t work for very long. You’ll hear the gurus tell you the “must have” foods or “superfoods”…

You wanna know what you need? Track it! Use Cronometer. It’s my favorite app for seeing vitamin and mineral intake.

We have no idea what we need unless we analyze our own diets. Do that first before worry about any “must have” foods that you may or may not end up throwing out anyway ?
