Should I Take A Multivitamin Or Individual Vitamins

Did you know that 1 out of 3 people in the US take a multivitamin supplement? Who doesn’t want to eat a chewy gummy in the shape of our favorite cartoon character? But, are these people wasting their money? Should you be taking a multivitamin every day?

Supplementing with vitamins and/or minerals can definitely be beneficial for us. But, what about a multivitamin that is supposed to cover all of your nutritional needs at once? Is that just as beneficial as taking the individual vitamins/minerals that you may need? In this video, I will explain why using a multivitamin is most likely NOT the best way for you to go about getting your vitamin and mineral intake.
