Should you workout on vacation?

Should you workout on vacation?

For me? Nope! At least not in the traditional workout sense.

It’s vacation!! Enjoy it! Unless you just thoroughly enjoy traditional workouts…

But, that doesn’t mean you can’t be active and still sweat! In this pic I’m currently on my honeymoon and here I’m playing volleyball. We played 3 games over about an hour and I got one heck of a workout!

But, here’s the thing…it was FUN! It didn’t feel like a workout. I’m on vacation! My honeymoon even! I’m not gonna feel guilty for not doing any intentional workouts at this time.

And you shouldn’t either! When you’re vacationing stay active! But enjoy it! Have fun with it! We don’t all get vacations too often so make sure you love every second of it and throw in some fun movement here and there ?
