Single joint mobility.

Single joint mobility.

In this photo, my client is showing her pain free shoulder movement on the left before and then on the right after. She was having some pain in her upper arm.

The problem was in her scapula. Her brain didn’t have clear movement maps using her shoulder blade properly. Once we cleared those movement maps up, her pain was gone and she could move without issue.

Being able to move each joint independently of another and in its full range of motion is super important to our nervous system.

If you want a video on how to do this drill look into my earlier posts and you’ll find a video of me demoing this exact exercise she did to eliminate her pain.
