This one really hit home.

This one really hit home.

Something so simple, yet really powerful. How many of us quit after failing at something just one time? Even though I hate to admit it, I know that I have.

Failing is definitely not easy. And it tends to sting every time we do it. But, that doesn’t mean we should give up or quit every time that we do fail.

If a child quit learning to walk because they didn’t get it down the first time, they would never learn to walk! Thankfully, they don’t just quit or give up.

Living a healthy lifestyle can be the same way. We make a goal to eat better and then one day in you fall off the wagon and eat terribly. We’ve all done it. But, you can’t quit! You’re gonna fail. You’re gonna mess up your diet plans. It’s life. None of us are perfect.

But, the only time you will truly fail is if you quit. Keep getting back on the horse every time that you fall off and you will get where you want to be!
