Yo-yo dieting

Yo-yo dieting…

We’re all familiar with it. It’s pretty common these days.

Biggest reason it’s so common is because everyone wants a quick fix. They want the next new fad in the health and fitness realm.

We stop yo-yo dieting once we realize that there is no quick fix. And the new fad is probably not really that great.

Longevity and creating a lifestyle is what yields the results we want and allows us most importantly to KEEP those results.

It’s possible that it might take a little longer. You might make a few more mistakes. You may not see the exact results you want every single week. But, THAT’S OKAY. No one is perfect. We can’t sustain perfection over the long haul.

Accept that mistakes will be made and find what works for YOU for the long term and stop throwing away your money at the latest fitness trend.
