Ha! I think we all do sometimes. I know I’ve told myself that several times in the past.

Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

So, if we’re doing the same thing every Sunday and not seeing anything different, then maybe it’s time to try something different.

Maybe, instead of trying to do a complete 180 in our diet, we should start making smaller changes. Strive to make a change in one meal. Or maybe just try tracking your food. Or try putting your utensil down in between each bite so that you eat slower.
